An interview with the resident of Pidzamche who used to work at the Lviv factory of radio-electronic medical equipment. The man was born in Gorky after World War II; his parents moved to Lviv when he was one year old. The interviewee recalls his childhood, schooling, common routes, and favorite places (some of these no longer exist). The conversation has many interesting details about welfare, interpersonal relationships, organization of the space of an apartment and a house, peculiarities of spending leisure time during the 1950s and 1960s. The man is keen on history and retells interesting stories from the city past, for example, about the siege of the city by Cossacks.
