An interview with the head of the theatre’s ticket office. The woman tells what affected her choice to come to work in the theatre and what the peculiarities of her work are, recalls the tours, the theatre staff, the most successful performances staged in the past and now. She eagerly shares her ideas on what needs to be added or returned to the repertoire. During the entire conversation, the interviewee underlines her love for the job and the joy from communication with different generations of spectators.
