Interview with a man born in Zolochiv district, Lviv region. After school, he moved to Lviv to study at VET school №8 located at Shevchenko Street where they trained personnel for the Forklift Factory. The man revealed that he started working at the Forklift as a lathe adjuster; later, he became a Deputy Director of Shop №10, Head of Mechanical Assembly Corps, Deputy General Director for Production, Director of Production Management; and finished his work experience as Director of the Small Series Plant at the Forklift production company. The man described in detail the work with lathes. He told about the arrival at the plant of the Minister of Transport of the Soviet Union, Mr. Polyakov. He mentioned the facts of falsification of documents on the plan’s delivery. The man talked about drunkenness among workers in the production shops. He told how the factory covered all the costs to build school 92 at Shevchenko Street. In general, he talked about the development of Ryasne neighbourhood, about the club, about the Torpedo football team, and the cycling club.
