The National Museum (former Emperor Francis Joseph I City Industrial Museum, constructed in 1898-1904). Construction of the building was funded by the Galician Savings Bank. In 1952-1990 the building housed the Lviv department of the V. I. Lenin Central Museum in Moscow. From 1990 onwards the building is in the property of the National Museum in Lviv.
