Artema street named in 1946, today is Volodymura Velykoho street.The<br />
monument to the writer and publicist Yaroslav Halan was built in 1972, <br />
in this year the square also received the name in honour of Y. <br />
Halan. The authors of the monument were sculptors Oleksandr Pyliev, <br />
Valentyn Usov, Aiida Okhrymenko, in co-operation with the architect V. <br />
Blosiuk.
