“Maiia Smirnova (maiden name Avramenko, she’s second on the left) worked in Kyiv Modelling House and after that was a modelling designer in Republican Modelling House. She designed and tailored clothes and because of that her sister Svitlana (in center) and mother Olena (second on the right) were always wearing clothes considered in Kyiv most trendy and up to date. This picture was taken at Pushkinska street after the May Day parade”.
