The housing along the Lybid river. One can see the traditional one-floor wooden housing typical of suburbs. The river itself flowed in the so-called trough. A very interesting thing is the zhygach, an element due to which water was drained from roofs directly to ditches. This picture is a rare documentary evidence of the existence of such elements before vertical drainpipes became widespread.
