The film contains an amateur film about the work of the October Revolution collective farm:

1) 00:00:17 - 00:03:46 — Electric locomotive VL60 with freight cars. Winter landscapes. Construction work on the October Revolution collective farm. The head of the collective farm, Porfirii Ivanovych Mysnyk, appears alongside Ivan Andriyovych Zhyhor and Mykola Ivanovych Hrytsai. Presentation of a flag to the construction crew. The song My Address is the Soviet Union! (Мой адрес - Советский Союз!) (1973) by the VIA Samotsvety plays.

2) 00:03:47 - 00:07:38 — Agricultural machinery yard. Anatolii Andriyovych Makhinko speaks with Porfirii Mysnyk. A truck unloads boulders, which are then rolled aside by women. Workers near piles of bricks. Officials inspect the machinery. Mechanics repair tractors. A newly constructed collective farm building.

3) 00:07:39 - 00:14:51 — Workers pour lunch from cans, wash potatoes. Footage of the workers during their break and accounting of production indicators. Refueling of machinery. Combine operators P.E. Petrenko, V.S. Onyshchenko, and F.F. Starchun take their Kolos combine harvesters into the field. Machinery repairs. Combine operators, children and Ivan Zhyhor look through the books Ukrainian Folk Tales and Yellowed Leaves. Women use pitchforks to lay out hay and load it onto a truck. Corn harvesting. A calf. Tillage work in the fields. Construction of a dam across the Desna River.
