An interview with the actor of a drama theatre, the Honored Artist of Ukraine. The man studied at the Faculty of Philology and entered the actor’s profession through student amateur activity and Les Taniuk Creative Youth Club. He analyzes the changes that took place in a theatrical life in the last 50 years, points to the peculiarities of the team work under different artistic directors, describes the impact of ideology and economic factors on the work and life of theatre workers, tells about the audience and enumerates his favorite roles. Towards the end of the conversation, the interviewee tells about the Lviv cafes and their connection to the city’s artistic environment.
