An interview with an educator and the head of a literary part in a puppet theatre. In childhood, the woman attended a theatre for pioneers in the Palace of Pioneers led by Roman Viktyuk. Then, she worked as an administrator and the head of a literary part in several Lviv theatres. She excitedly talks about working with children, describes in detail the specifics of her work and job responsibilities that she had, recalls the experience of all-Ukrainian seminars and its impact on her work. The interview has the recollections about the theatre staff, interesting performances including performances for the adult audience, the museum at the theatre.
