An interview with the head of a troupe and director's management. The woman first worked as a secretary, then – as the worker of the literary part of the theatre. She talks in detail about her job responsibilities and theatre staff, the specifics of accomplishing a staging plan, management of the theatre audience. The narrator often compares what was going on inside the theatre in Soviet times and now. The woman recalls with delight the period of cooperation with Ihor Latsanych and describes in detail the realization of his ideas.
