Interview with a man born in the village of Naditychi, Lviv region. From 1972, he worked as the head of the glass-mirror shop at the Glassworks Factory. In 1975, he became head of the technical control department. A few years later, he became a chief technologist; later – a head of production. He retired in 2008. The man talks about the specifics of working at the Glassworks, about being in leadership positions, and about various cases under his leadership. He especially highlighted the drunkenness of ordinary workers. He talked about various traumatic situations at work. He talked about the wall newspaper, and said that it would often ridicule the drunkenness. He said that 70% of the plant's employees were women.
