Description

Oleksandrivsky (now Volodymyrsky) Uzviz street in 1913. A tram (presumably a steam one) is running along it. The street is distinctly divided into a carriageway, a sidewalk and tram tracks. A village can be seen on the left bank of the river. It may seem that the Dnieper is covered with ice, though the leaves on the trees in the foreground indicate that the photo was taken in a warm season.
