This was an interview with a pensioner, a former educator at the city kindergarten. The woman is not an inborn Lviv citizen and comes from the small village of Ternopil (not Lviv) region. She describes in detail the history of the family, gives biographical information on her education and professional development. In the first part of the conversation, the interviewee focuses entirely on her work as a teacher in a village and starts talking about postwar Lviv and the everyday life of the citizens some time later. The woman describes in detail the acquaintance and relationships with her husband, with whom they have spent 57 years together, getting an apartment and further family life in it, relationships with the neighbours.
The conversation took place on 3rd August 2012 at the interviewee’s home. The interviewers – Andriy Shuliar and Natalia Otrishchenko. Only a transcript of the conversation is available. - Date:
