An interview with the secretary of a Lviv interregional branch of the National Union of Theatre Workers of Ukraine. The interviewee described in detail the formation of the theatrical union in Lviv and its activity, as well as compared its part and current activity. The man underlines that during the Soviet times the union received much better funding and could support a theatre financially, while now it can only provide creative and community support. He also tells about the union’s publishing activity, its large library resource, touring policy and help to young actors.
