The wall newspaper is titled "Newsletter No. 9" ("Informatsyonnyi vypusk," rus), May 17, 1967.

Above the wall newspaper's title is the slogan: "Workers of all countries, unite!" ("Proletarii vsiekh stran, soiediniaities!" rus).

The issue is dedicated to the memory of the 13 executed workers who were the key characters in the legend of the plant's "revolutionary fight." The photos show the funerals of the executed workers and rallies near the mass grave. Readers are encouraged to share information about the executed workers.

The wall newspaper is made of thick paper; the photographs and photocopies are glued onto it, the texts are written with water-soluble inks, and the frames are drawn with colored pencils.

On the back side is likely the signature of the author or the person responsible for the publication --- "N. Yurynov".
