Description: Komsomol (Communist Youth League) and Communist Party members of the Lower Dnieper Plant. On reverse: "Center, seated next to Vasya Nikitskii is Secretary of the Party Committee, Comrade Kozlov." Presumably these people had something to do with the Karl Liebknecht State Steel Mill in Katerynoslav (now known as PJSC "Interpipe Lower Dnieper Pipe Rolling Plant").
