An interview with an actress of Maria Zankovetska Theatre, an Honored Actress of Ukraine. The woman was born in Zaporizhzhia oblast and graduated from Dnipropetrovsk Regional Theatre and Art College. After war, together with her brother, a theatre worker, the interviewee moved to Lviv. Worked in operetta for seven years; after the theatre moved to Odesa, started working at the Maria Zankovetska Theatre and had worked there for 55 years since 1954. The woman tells about the history of her family that had much impact on her life choice. She describes the peculiarities of work of the theatre actress and tells about her daily routine, enumerates the important roles, recalls the colleges who were her friends, points to the peculiarities of work in the Soviet times (the repertoire, frequent tours and trips of the theatre). An interview also has the information about the interviewee personal life and the comparison of the past and current situation at the theatre.
