An interview with a lighting artist at the drama theatre. The interviewee recalls how she spent her childhood at the theatre and chose her profession, tells about the peculiarities of work with lighting equipment, describes the theatrical environment and the relationships inside it, underlines the specifics of the repertoire, and shares her experience of tours. A large part of the conversation is devoted to the memories of her mother who worked as a head of a literary part of the theatre: the way she worked with a repertoire, how she found the plays for the performances, how the staff’s attitude to her.
