Interview with a man born in Ternopil region. In 1975, he graduated from Lviv Polytechnic. In 1978, he went to work at LAZ. He worked there for eighteen months. He told about his work at the Bus Plant. He recalled how the plant was preparing for the 1980 Olympics. From 1980 to 2003, he worked as a rate setter at Lvivprylad. He told about his work and colleagues. He mentioned that there was the "crunch culture" and negligence. The man described walking out to the parade representing the factory. He talked about women who worked as drillers. He spoke about the hazards of the work he had to deal with in the shop. The man described the theft at LAZ and Lvivprylad.
