Interview with a man born in Brody. After graduating from the Forestry Institute, in 1975, he went to work in the Electron PA. It was a department of automation and mechanization, where he worked as a designer. First, he had the 3rd category, then the 2nd. He later moved to the shop of non-standard equipment, and became deputy chief of the shop, and then chief of the shop, in 1982. He worked there until 1996. He also worked as the head of the main production department. He worked in Electron's subsidiaries until 2006, and retired after that. He took part in sports games, and various sports competitions from the Electron. He also sang in the factory trio. The man said that he really liked being a chief, and that he did well. He received housing from the plant, and also supervised the construction of kindergartens and housing facilities in Ryasne neighbourhood. He talked about the restructuring and reformatting of production in the 1990's.
