Interview with a woman born in the village of Vyshnya, Horodok district, Lviv region. After school, she moved to Lviv. In 1968, she started working as a worker at the Meat Factory. She worked at the plant until 1993. She told about the peculiarities of work in the poultry processing section. She told in detail about the different stages of processing raw materials. She spoke about the difficult working conditions, and described the territory of the shop and the plant. Later, she was transferred to the intestinal department. She told about her work there and about her colleagues. She mentioned that she had to steal meat from the factory, and described how she and her colleagues did it.
