A night-time view of the statue of the Virgin Mary from the side of Building No. 8 in Mariacka Sq. (Mickiewicz Sq. from 1945). The photograph was taken by a famous amateur photographer Adam Lenkiewicz, a member of the Photographical Society in Lviv, who met a tragic death during the Second World War in the prison on Łącki St.
