Interview with the man born in Demnya village, Mykolaiv district, Lviv region. As a child, he moved to Lviv with his parents. He took a path from an engineer to the deputy technical director of Avtobusprom. He worked as an engineer on technical (operational) documentation. Five years later he was engaged to the trade union committee; started as a deputy chairman, and from the mid-1980s, he became chairman of the trade union committee. From the late 1980's until 1993, when he resigned, he worked as a Deputy Technical Director. He paid most attention to leisure: amateur activities and recreation. He told how he initiated the creation of the vocal-instrumental ensemble "Diesel" that won the prize at the "Chervona Ruta" festival. He also created a choir and brass band. He organized meetings with famous film actors, trips to museums, theaters, and festive nights. He talked about the distribution of recreation tickets, he was in charge of it. He also supervised the construction of recreation centers (the story is accompanied by a photo), in particular on the Shatsk Lakes, where in addition to houses, there were boats and yachts for recreation. He also supervised the construction of the Edelweiss boarding house in Skhidnytsia. He told how the treatment clock was built.
