Description

The city power station, one of the most interesting examples of industrial architecture in Lviv, was built in 1908–1910 by architects Alfred and Kazimierz Kamenobrodsky. This project was implemented by architect Adolf Piller and carried out on the initiative of the city electrical institution's director, Józef Tomicki. As a result, the new city power station of alternating current of 5000 volts for the tram network and city lighting appeared on Persenkivka.
