The photo shows a view from the Maly Uzh River of the Uzhgorod Royal Catholic Gymnasium named after Janos and Yuri Druget, built in 1891-1895 on Sinnaya Square. The main building of the gymnasium is built in the style of the Italian Renaissance. On the left is the main facade, on which are bas-reliefs of Emperor Franz Joseph I and the founders Yuri and Janos Druget (sculptor Janos Petridejs, 1895). The official opening of the gymnasium took place on October 11, 1896, and in 1920 it received the status of the Uzhgorod State Real Ruthenian Gymnasium.
