Description:: An interview with a native resident of the town Zolochiv in Lviv oblast. The woman told about her childhood years, the household, neighbours, education at school, and teachers. During the German occupation, the family was compelled to share the house with a German soldier who occupied one of the rooms. A separate topic was a ghetto in the town, hiding and exposing information about Jews. The woman recalls the Ukrainian underground in Zolochiv, which was active when she was a teenager: random meeting in the town, the stories of hiding the rebels, and the firing squads. More detailed were the testimonies about the post-war life, the lack of food, repressions and exiles, forced eviction of the Polish population and the relocation of Ukrainians from Poland.
