Interview with a man born in Lviv. He came to work for Avtobusprom in 1979, to the road trial department. He worked as an engineer in the road laboratory. He traveled a lot on business trips to factories for which Avtobusprom designed buses. He told how he took part in trial runs of these buses. At a disco organized by the Avtobusprom, he met his future wife. She also worked at the institute as a designer. In the late 1980's, he became a leading engineer and later, a head of the bus standardization sector. He told about the crisis in the early 1990's and how he tried to work for six months at LAZ, but there were no salaries and later he went to work in the subsidiary of Avtobusprom, the Ukravtotest, where he remained an employee until 2014.
