Interview with a woman who was born and lives in the village of Myklashiv, near Lviv. The woman told how her family had been deported to Siberia and returned to the village in 1968. After graduating from the College of Radio Electronics, Maria was sent to Electron (in 1971). Initially, she worked on the assembly line in the production shop 8. She described her work as interesting and pleasant, and she really liked it. She said they had a very friendly team. She later switched to soldering filters (she mentioned that it was hazardous work there because of the lead they used for soldering). Later, she went to study by correspondence at the Polytechnic Institute. In 1976, she was transferred to the Department of Television Technology. She drew diagrams and kept various technical documentation. In 1978, she was transferred to the position of an engineer. She worked there until 1994. She resigned due to the decline of the plant.
