Description
The film presents the second issue of the satirical film magazine Zhakan, focusing on the economy and infrastructure of villages in the Chernihiv region:

1) 00:00:11 - 00:01:24 — A grain field. Girls greet the harvesters with bread and salt. A Niva harvester works the field. Anatolii Andriyovych Makhinko presents the harvesters with a cow and a bundle of bagels. Two boys nibble on pieces of the bread. Harvesters wave from the combine with flowers; pioneers and children wave back.

2) 00:01:25 - 00:03:07 — Village of Obolonnia. Overgrown fields. A forum of collective farmers. Machinery unprepared for harvest. Workers carry sacks. Milkmaids pull cans through the mud near the paddock. Livestock in stalls. Background music: folk song You Lured Me (Ти ж мене підманула).

3) 00:03:08 - 00:05:13 — Bread on store shelves. Portraits of villagers. A resident gives commentary. Comedy sketch: a golden tooth found in a loaf of bread. Roles played by Ivan Koshelenko and Dmytro Kozel. Workers harvesting vegetables. The fruit and vegetable store is closed.

4) 00:05:14 - 00:05:29 — Village of Ponornytsia. Exterior views of a shopping center and grocery store. The shops are closed. Background song: The Box (Коробушка) (lyrics by Nekrasov).

5) 00:05:30 - 00:06:43 — Cafe Green Linden. A drunk man sleeping under a tree. A piglet asleep on another pig. A dog barks. Abandoned liquor store. A call to drink lemonade is paired with footage of Ivan Koshelenko holding a bottle with sediment.

6) 00:06:44 - 00:08:48 — Potholes on a rural road. Abandoned children’s amusement park. Ruins of the 18th-century St. Elias Church — an architectural monument. A deserted House of Culture. Insert of a folk dance performance.

7) 00:08:49 - 00:09:27 — Village of Zhovtneve. Ducks on a pond. The public bathhouse is closed.

8) 00:09:28 - 00:10:53 — Village of Nehaivka. A starch factory. Manual labor in both the potato fields and the factory — no mechanization.

9) 00:10:54 - 00:12:40 — Emissions from the starch plant. Comic sketch about unpleasant production odors. Performed by: Ivan Koshelenko, Halyna (Kozel) Antonenko, and Valentina. Background music: VIA Polumiya – I’ll Get Off at the Far Station (На дальней станции сойду).

10) 00:12:41 - 00:14:21 — The pothole-ridden road to the Korop flax mill. Workers form flax stacks using pitchforks. Environmental impact: deforestation, cracked soil. Sprayer in operation.
The sound design consists of a voice-over narration and unsynchronized commentary from on-screen participants.
