The film contains an amateur film report about the Leninist Subbotnik, which took place on April 17, 1982 in Korop:

1) 00:00:07 - 00:02:51 — Monument to Lenin. Banners and slogans on the building of the Theodosius Church. PAZ-672 buses. Participants with buckets. Residents with umbrellas on Lenin Square. People in the backs of trucks.

2) 00:02:52 - 00:06:19 — Construction of a bridge across the Desna. Head of the district executive committee Anatolii Andriyovych Makhinko, Yushchenko, and others lay concrete. Trailers of Kyiv Bridge Construction Department No. 3. The song Peace to All Who Work (Мир всем, кто трудится) plays (lyrics by M. Matusovskyi, music by A. Petrov and V. Basner). Music slows as GAZ-66 drives through water. Mykola Cherstvyi and workers pull branches, burn them. Officials discuss progress with a rationing technician.

3) 00:06:20 - 00:08:52 — Hotel construction. Officials help carry bricks, dig. Roses planted near the collective farm administration. Foundation laid for a workers’ house. Medical workers rake flower beds near the hospital. Planting thuja.

4) 00:08:53 - 00:10:53 — Potato grower's subbotnik. Workers cut potatoes. A T-150 tractor. Bulldozer at work. Anatolii Makhinko talks by radio on the bridge site. A K-700 plows. Views of the Desna River.

The second audio track serves as an editing cue sheet for the film and contains a frame-by-frame description of persons, objects, actions, and editing plans. It is humorous: Dmytro Kozel imitates a bus engine.
