The film contains an amateur film report about the winter farewell celebration:

1) 00:00:05 - 00:03:34 — Winter nature. Boys run after three horses. Speech from the herald on stage. Speech by Savonov. General and close-up shots of the audience. Anatolii Makhinko sits in the presidium. Speeches by Did Moroz and Winter. Speech by Spring-Five-Year-Plan-Number-Eleven. Spring presents a loaf. Off-screen, Halyna (Kozel) Antonenko recites a poem. A folk music ensemble performs.

2) 00:03:35 - 00:07:19 — A cook prepares pancakes in a field kitchen. Festival guests eat and drink vodka. Vendors sell baked goods and cakes for March 8. Women drink tea from a samovar. A singer performs on stage with an accordion. Portraits of children with their parents. The song I live at My Grandmother’s (Я у бабушки живу) by VIA Verasy plays. Children slide down a slide.

3) 00:07:20 - 00:11:12 — Performances by amateur music and song groups on stage. A man climbs a pole to reach boots suspended above; boys climb a pole for a bottle of sparkling wine in a knapsack. Entertainment includes tug of war, blindfolded jug search, and a shooting gallery. A family stands near the buses. Boys ride a tricycle.
