Constructed between 1810-1830 (according to another source, built in 1844), the palace changed owners many times, being the property of the Comello, Turkul, Didushytsky, Mayer, and Poletyli families. In 1932, a legal bureau was opened in the palace by lawyer Eugeniusz Batytsky, the father of the famous "Miss Polonia 1930" Zofia Batytska, a beauty from Lviv and film actress.
