In 1892, the Palace of Justice (Palace of Justice, Palace of Justice) was built at 1–3 Batory Street (now Prince Roman Street) according to the plans of architect Franciszek Skovron. The attic of the building was decorated with a sculptural group entitled “Justice” by sculptor Leonardo Marconi.
