The photo shows a contemporary view of the former palace of Antoni Strahotsky on Shashkevych Street. The large palace in the form of an ancient defensive castle was built in 1825. It is likely that the project creator of the palace, the interiors of the rotunda, and the "Gothic" hall was the architect Fryderyk Baumann. In 1915, it was in this palace that the document on the surrender of the Austrian garrison of the Przemyśl Fortress was signed. During Soviet times, the building housed the secondary school No. 1 of Mostysk. Now this landscape has changed significantly: due to complete decay, the park around the palace has been cut down; the two-story brick granary building no longer exists.
