Photo of Polish soldiers in front of the entrance to the barracks of the 19th Infantry Regiment. Traces of Polish bullets and shrapnel from the fighting on November 4-21, 1918, are clearly visible. The photo shows the main entrance to the barracks of the Citadel defense complex. Above the entrance, there is an inscription with the name of the regiment, which has been located in the Citadel since 1921. Polish soldiers pose on the bridge decorated with lion sculptures. In 1928, the portal was decorated according to a design by architects Zygmunt Garland and Józef Stażyński. Now the main entrance is bricked up, and the bridge has been dismantled.
