The photo shows the Kaiser Franz Joseph’s Universitäts Studentenheim (Emperor Franz Joseph home for university students) on the corner of Stefan Wolf Gasse (Str. Lazar, vul. Bratija Rusnakiw) and Ispesculgasse (Str. Isopescul, vul. Myrona Korduby).
